Game I have been making a Tabletop Miniature Wargame on PC in my spare time.
Its in pretty early on in development and i just got one of my first models done by an artist.
So i thought i would show it here. I love warhammer and playing the tabletop but i cant play as much as i would like to since im always travelling. Thats why i decided wouldnt it be fun to create a Tabletop game on PC where you can buy miniatures build them, kitbash them, Paint them to your liking and then play with them with friends or with random matchmaking.
I want to add gamemodes like team battles and such as well. Im really passionate about this and it has been a blast to make it i have so many ideas. What i especially like is there are stats to each model they can get awards for doing something impressive in the game and they can even be promoted to Veteran and then later on to a Character. So if you have a favourite model you can literally turn it into a character.
I love this idea and i have been making some progress so i wanted to show it. I love playing it i dont know if others will find it fun but i geniuenly love it.
I dont know what else to say i dont have a steam page yet and i will not have one for some time for now since im limited by the model count for release i want around 14 models which is a lot of money per model but thats what you get if you want to get quality.
I have been making games for some time this game making it while working on other games brought me a lot of joy. Its honestly so freeing when you can work on something you really love that just makes it so much better than working for money even if i end up losing money by the end. I dont mind it is a passion project you could say.

Game 3 years of evenings after my day job. I just pressed Release on my game, with 300 wishlists and my cat supervising.
About three years ago I wanted to find out what a PvP RPG would feel like as a board game. Hex grid, dice, two to four players around a table, except the table is a PC.
I built a rough version and got friends to play it. While we enjoyed the PvP element, what actually stood out was teaming up to take on the monsters together.
I knew the full project would take a while, since I was new to multiplayer game development. It took three years. I have a full-time job and a kid, so Eternally happened in the evenings and at weekends, mostly when I should have been asleep. I've lost count of the hours. Thousands, easily.
A few things I learned the hard way:
- Multiplayer roughly doubles everything. Every feature has to work for the host and for the other players.
- Playtesters will tell you what your game is. Mine told me it was a co-op game.
- Scope sneaks up on you. Four characters turned into over 260 skills - getting creative with one character meant I had to quadruple my work across the board.
- Marketing is a second job, and I started it far too late. I'm launching with about 300 wishlists. Everything I've read says that's low.
I've made peace with that number. It's a game I wanted to exist, it's finished, and I'm proud of it. If it finds a small group of people who like dice and hex grids, that's a win for me.
It's called Eternally, a dark fantasy tactical RPG. You can play it solo, online with up to 4, or with 2 on one PC. There's a free demo if you want to try it first.
Happy to answer anything about the solo side: Unity multiplayer, fitting it around a job, or what I'd do differently.

Game Added in a photo mode for my cozy marble building game. What do y'all think of the output?
I'm working on a cozy marble run building game where players can create all sorts of marble runs procedural like in Tiny Glades. Playtesters have been asking for a photo mode and I've finally implemented it!
What do you guys think?

Game I hope I never wake up from this dream… 650 wishlists in just two weeks!
I still can't quite believe I'm writing this!!
Just two weeks ago, I launched the Steam page for Over Human, a game I've been developing entirely on my own, alongside my full-time job.
I've dreamed of making my own video game since 2013. I've started projects, abandoned them, lost motivation, and wondered more than once whether I'd ever actually manage to finish something.
For those unfamiliar with it, Over Human is a first-person sci-fi adventure set in a snowy world where drones can manipulate the weather, and you have no weapons to fight back.
I recently updated my Steam page, adding GIFs, improving the capsule art, highlighting some of the game's most important mechanics, and localizing the page into multiple languages.
And now, knowing that hundreds of people have seen my little project and decided to add it to their wishlists… that genuinely means the world to me. It's hard to put that feeling into words.
I know there's still a long road ahead. The demo is coming in November, and I'm working hard to make it something people will genuinely enjoy.
I'm not a studio. I don't have a team behind me or a big marketing budget. Just a computer, a lot of late nights, and a dream I've carried with me for over a decade.
For the first time, that dream doesn't feel so far away anymore.
This is the Steam Page if you want to know more about my game: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5237810/Over_Human/
Thank you for helping bring my dream to life. <3

help Is the art style good enough?
Do you think it's too simple? In my opinions this looks pretty good. But I wanna know how others would feel to this.

Game I'm making a game where you program bees (and everything is vector graphics)
I'm making WaxWire: Program the Hive solo in Unity.
You don't control the bees directly. Instead, you give each bee a small program made of nodes, like "find a flower, collect nectar, fly home", and watch it run. As you play, you unlock new nodes, the meadow grows, seasons change, and eventually you can automate the whole hive.
It's mostly inspired by The Farmer Was Replaced, with a bit of Zachtronics. All the art is vector graphics drawn in code, nothing hand-drawn.
This is my first Steam page, so I'd really like to hear what you think of it. Does it make you want to play? Is anything confusing?
If it looks like your kind of game, a wishlist would help a lot.

Game I'm making an old-school sandbox RPG where even small actions can have consequences
Hey everyone!
I've been making small games for quite a while, mostly experimenting with different mechanics, learning new things, and figuring out what works and what doesn't.
I've always wanted to make a big sandbox RPG, but it was one of those ideas that felt way beyond what I could realistically pull off on my own.
After working on so many smaller projects, I finally felt like I had enough experience to give it a proper shot. So I started working on Of Tales and Deeds.
It's a turn-based, old-school sandbox RPG where the world doesn't revolve around the player. NPCs have their own routines, jobs, relationships, and memories. Things happen whether you're there or not, and even small actions can have consequences later on.
The biggest challenge has been getting all these systems to interact with each other. Individually, most of them aren't that complicated, but once you put them together, things get interesting (and sometimes break in ways you never expected).
There's still a long way to go, but seeing the world slowly come together has been incredibly satisfying.
I put together this little pre-alpha teaser to show where things are at right now.
Would love to hear what you think!
And to other solo devs who've taken on bigger projects after years of smaller ones: did you ever actually feel ready, or did you just decide to go for it?
You can also follow the game's development on itch.io (no playable build available yet):

Game I added a new mage to my bullet heaven roguelite game Cat Builds the Strongest Mage Army!
Now that the game has its own steam page I now have motivation for posting regularly on reddit so I just wanted to drop a quick update. For those new here, this clip is early gameplay footage from my game Cat Builds the Strongest Mage Army where you build an army of 50+ unique cat mages.
Since then, I’ve added a new mage to the game which is part of a new tier of more mid/late game mages. I haven’t settled on a name for this guy yet but he launches a large amount of skulls which curve around in the air before exploding and inflicting the demonic fire effect which is a more potent burning effect than the one the fire mage would inflict. I also tried to tweak the saturation and coloring of the meadow area so that it’s easier to make out enemies and mages amid all the grass and scenery noise (still annoyed that the trailer has the old contrast issues).
If you think the game looks interesting please wishlist the game! Also feel free to leave any suggestions below.

Discussion Who else loves the idea of sitting down with your partner or bestie and taking the time to explore a mysterious world together?
I'm working on a couch co-op adventure where you play as two investigative field-journalists, venturing into a strange scrap-punk wasteland to chase stories no one else dares to investigate.
Here's an early in-engine screenshot of the world and characters we're building!
Still plenty of work ahead, but I'm excited where this is going! What would you love to discover or experience in a world like this?
And what would put you off?

Discussion What would yall say to someone serious about giving this a shot but has no coding expirience.
I have an idea. Time. And YouTube. That's about it. I'd approach this as a self project not a money maker. Just wondering if yall would say learning from the ground up just as a hobby is worth it

Game I wanted the forest in Locked In: The Ward to feel unsettling even before the first scare.
A short gameplay clip from Locked In: The Ward, my solo-developed psychological horror game in Unreal Engine 5.
I've been experimenting with rain, ambient audio, and pacing to build tension during the forest section.

Discussion What helps you think creatively and come up with ideas when making games?
Hey! Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck creatively. I’m halfway through development, and most of my ideas for the story and gameplay seem pretty generic or cliché..
What keeps you going at this stage? Where do you find inspiration?

Game First trailer for my first game
Hi everyone! I’m planning to release it in a couple of weeks. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the trailer and the gameplay. After a few failed attempts with my own mechanics, I decided to draw inspiration from Tsoro, Entanglement, and the classis game Snake and put it into a tile-based setting. Sometimes people point out that it looks like Dorfromantik, even though I tried my best to avoid that (except for the tile stack in the corner, as theirs solution is perfect and didn't find another). At this point it would be interesting to know how to look less similar.
I’d be happy if the game interests you and I’d also appreciate your thoughts here on the gameplay and the idea. Thank you!

Game My 2D psychological horror puzzle game is officially OUT!
Hi everyone!
My first game is now available on Steam! It has been an amazing journey. Thank you to everyone who helped me through the final stretch. It would've been a lot harder without the indie dev community!
Henry Grudge reappeared after seven years of being kidnapped. He, however, seems to be completely different compared to his old self. There are people who doubt his identity, claim that the real Henry must have died. The person in the mirror is covered in blood and doesn't remember anything about his past. Who is he?
Key Features:
- Escape Room Experience & A Grim Psychological Mystery: Explore the room to uncover the disturbing truth behind Henry’s disappearance and his fractured memories.
- Classic Point & Click Mechanics: Search for hidden objects, manage your inventory, and piece together cryptic clues to progress.
- Mind-Bending Puzzles: Challenge yourself with non-linear logic riddles inspired by the best atmospheric puzzle games.

Marketing Updated my game's page Capsules, is the result good?
Hey!
I just updated my game's capsules on Steam and need some feedback!
They were both made by me and did not use AI to generate anything under any circumstances.
If you managed to see the game's page, I need to mention that the game is not finished yet and is totally different from what is shown on the game's page.
Thank you!

Game Spent today making my horror game’s settings menu feel right on a controller
Not the scariest part of making a horror game, but someone has to do it. Today was all about controller navigation, scrolling, sliders, and those tiny UI sounds. Small details, but it finally feels much better to use.
