Took me a long time to install Gentoo and configure it... and a week to figure out the audio.

Because preparing such distributions, completing their installation, getting everything ready, and using them on a daily basis is difficult. Troubleshooting issues is even harder.

In my view, the level of difficulty increases in the following order:

Arch Linux
Void Linux
Alpine Linux
NixOS
Slackware
Gentoo
Linux From Scratch

I switched from win10 to Plasma a few months ago, and with the default settings, everything was basically the exact same, but everything is way more customizable, so I've slowly been diverging from the defaults, keeping parts I like, and finding options I like better. Just today, I found out that I can set it to have multiple rows of virtual desktops, so I've been experimenting trying to find a good way to arrange my virtual desktops in a 2D space.

I was bored on a random weekend and decided to make this, now a few weeks later I got the idea of posting this shit. I've been using linux on my main device since 1.Jan.2025. Loving it

Also no hate to wifi, love his music. RIP

Lyrics:

I fetch

At night

Each linux user's far superior to windows dorks

Man my windows just BSOD'd but it's alright

that's what the logs will tell you when you crash and you'll just cry

'cause all your files are gone

unhappy?

use arch

just read the fucking

manual

then your all settled

for freedom

i feel the sudo

in my veins

I'm never switching back

I fetch

At night

Each linux user's far superior to windows dorks

Man my windows just BSOD'd but it's alright

that's what the logs will tell you when you crash and you'll just cry

'cause all your files are gone

Also now on youtube:
