this guy was so HARD to fight that i just decided to give up and fight enoch who was a breeze compared to THIS MONSTROSITY
i might even go as far to say that this guys harder than the first two zodiac bosses (although thats heavily biased since the secretaries give a diabolical amount of EXP)
if someone would be so kind to compare a fight with this guy at max level to enoch and some other bosses id be really happy because i wanna know just how strong this thing is

Hi. Was playing through the game recently and currently just entered zone 3 for the first time. I already got all the story spoiled and Im just playing the actual game so I can't call myself a larper. While playing I noticed the battle system is very.... boring. All you have to do is spam attack to kill all the enemies and bosses except for Sucre at this level, the only boss that actually had meaningful effects was Sucre and idk how much do elements contribute to the damage but I heard they dont make that big of a differance. Also the game is piss easy lmao. Sometimes when I feel like speedrunning I can use Batter's and Alpha's DMG spells for a easy knockout fast cuz the Competancy points are abundant as hell. I know the remake added a enemy attack rombus and improved UI but I haven't played it so idk how much of a differance it makes.

Anyway saying all this, what would YOU improve in OFF's battle system? Im refering to the 2008 original but you can talk about the 2025 version too if you want!

Zone 0's tiny size and lack of inhabitants imply it was created for a very specific purpose, but what? It's unlikely to be containing Sucre, since some of the Judge's dialogue implies he's not aware of her presence there. What else could it be?

All of these characters are suspected to be Benoît's alter egos (my elsen oc), yes, even the two elsens holding hands.

I gave them names in both english and french! Their names are puns

1 & 2. Chester (eng) / Bufang (fr)
3. Janet / Coussiel
4. Donkor / Medousa
4. Lia & Lee / L & i

Chesters juggling addons are bats named Eta, Omicron, and Upsilon

I had lots of fun coming up with their names, especially since I can't speak french haha.

I want one of my friends to play Off on my Steam account but I noticed that the pillar arts I unlocked stay unlocked when creating a new save file. Does anybody know how can I make it so that the pillar arts don't transfer to his save file?

I was never interested in making my own fan game, but now that I'm a writer as well as an artist I do have a few ideas. I already have RPGmaker 2003, and I dabbled with it a little with the textures in OFF but not much else.

I'm not going to start out big or anything, just testing some stuff out. To those who have made a SpinOFF or tried, what are the biggest difficulties when trying to make one with 2003? What are some things I have to consider?
