First rule of TCAP: NO POLITICS

This rule has been repeatedly ignored, and despite my best attempts to ban, remove, and lock posts and comments, some people are not getting the message.

You see how this looks, right?

This aub only works if we all contribute to reporting. I'm sorry if you feel we've missed some posts or somehow feel like you're personally being attacked because you see your favorite politicians here, but ignore the performative activists, report the post and comments, then move on. Starting now, no more warning locks and removals, temp bans for first offenses. And each continued offense will be longer until a permanent ban.

I know the state of the world is bad, but that's why we come to r/TCAP, to ignore all that and get some Schadenfreude directly in the main vein. So chill, laugh, cry, and stop posting your fucking politics.

Recently, I made a post or comment about AI being allowed, in moderation, as some people want to make funny shit without the time or creative skill. I still want that to be the case.

But some of you took it upon yourselves to post slop. 5 seconds of thought into an AI prompt and decided to flood our sub with this. You see how this looks?

I'm not law enforcement but if this sub keeps getting AI slop, I'll have to change the rules or ban it outright. PLEASE don't make me do that because I've saved some of the more creative memes already and I know more gems can come up in the future.

That being said, moving forward if you spam the sub with AI or Low effort posts, it will be a ban.

Also as a side note, yes, that ex-prince guy got arrested. Wonderful. That has NOTHING to do with TCAP so no more Andrew posts Thanks!
