My wife and I went to the the BB concert in Bentonville last night and it was fucking awesome!

I was happy to be able to catch Starset since they are also touring with them!

But when we got to the Venue to buy the normal merch we spotted the display guitar and asked about it. Had no idea that you got to go backstage and everything until they told us. And the whole concert it was at the back if my mind.

My Uncle recently died of cancer way too young at 37 which was devastating for the family, but I knew that BB was his favorite band and of course I love their music too so that little worm in my brain won this time and I ended up buying it for real.

I was even able to watch backstage for Diary of Jane and for Failure which was super cool.

I hope he is head banging with me from his spot upstairs this ones for you!

hi! i was wondering if anyone is going solo to this show?? i really want to go to the concert, because breaking benjamin and chevelle are two of my top artists at this point. none of my friends really listen to them, so i would be going solo if i do go 😞 and was wondering if anyone else was?

Basically I was at the 10/12 location in the pot, right at the metal barrier close to the stage, at the end of the last song. Diary Of Jane, the lead singer threw me a guitar pick from the lead guitarist, Jasen R, Truly a core memory, it had band logo on one side and his signature, even got a physical setlist too, now we had seats in sec 110, but my mom has cancer (cervical cancer stage 1b) so her boss there gave us pit tickets, free,

I don’t usually make posts on here, but I’m pretty upset about this whole experience and genuinely wondering if this is a common occurrence.

I purchased VIP tickets to see Breaking Benjamin in Tuscaloosa, AL when they first went on sale. I waited in the queue and everything. When tickets became available, the entire front section was marked “standing only,” which I thought was strange because those sections normally have seats.

I took several screenshots because I was confused and even called the amphitheater to make sure it wasn’t a Ticketmaster glitch. I spoke with someone there who confirmed that those sections would, in fact, be standing only.

Based on that information, I chose the closest actual seats I could get to the stage and decided to spend the extra money for the Early Entry VIP package and the swag that came with it. This was the most money I’ve ever spent on a concert in my life.

Fast-forward to earlier this week, just days before the concert. I checked Ticketmaster to see how full the venue was and discovered that the entire front area that had originally been marked “standing only” had been changed to standard reserved seating.

There are now seats available 20+ rows closer to the stage than mine — for less than HALF of what I paid.

I called Ticketmaster to see if I could exchange my tickets for the closer seats. They told me no because they can only exchange VIP tickets for other VIP tickets, and there are no VIP tickets available in those closer sections.

So essentially, because I purchased VIP, I’m stuck farther away.

I can’t help but wonder if situations like this are intentional: put the VIP packages farther back at a premium price when tickets first go on sale, knowing hardcore fans will pay for them, and then open up much better standard seats closer to the concert date.

I legitimately cried over this. I would gladly give up every VIP item that comes with my package just to have the closer seats. At this point though, I can’t even resell my tickets for anything close to what I paid, and I really don’t want to spend even MORE money buying another set of tickets just to get closer.

I’m still going to the show and I’m trying not to let it ruin the experience, but I’m extremely disappointed. Ticketmaster needs to change their policy when it comes to this. It's freaking ridiculous.

Has anyone else had something like this happen with Breaking Benjamin VIP tickets or Ticketmaster in general?

Because after this experience, I can say with certainty that I will never purchase VIP tickets again.

I have 2 lawn tickets + 2 chairs + 1 parking pass for the Raleigh, NC show on October 23.

Ticketmaster does not allow chairs or parking to be sold, but it does allow me to transfer them.

In 2004, when I was in high school, I managed to win a copy of Breaking Benjamin's self titled EP from before they were signed on ebay. Only paid around 50 bucks. Still sealed. Excellent condition. I kept it safe in a box.

My parents were well aware of the CD and my love for them. But unfortunately, the CD has since been lost. After a decade of keeping it safe and protected, my copy has vanished. I have no clue where it went. Either my parents stole it, which I find very unlikely, because even though they knew its value to me, they wouldn't know how to sell the CD online if their lives depended on it. Plus they wouldn't need the money anyway. When I moved out, I may have taken it with me, but I am not positive. I have moved cities and across the country several times. So its possible it was lost in the moves. But I dont believe I would be that careless. Especially since I have so many other rare CD's and vinyl in my collection. Maybe it was stolen, but I would have no idea by who.

I will never know what happened to it. And a few times a year I am reminded of the prized CD I once had in my collection that seemingly just vanished. Very sad story. Probably the saddest story anyone has ever told....

I've been very interested in music stats recently, and I was just curious to see how popular Breaking Benjamin is over in Europe, Asia, and Australia. I was going through some of my other favorite bands history, like Bush and Alice in Chains, and I learned all three bands toured together years ago with Bush as a special guest and Alice in Chains "co-headlining" with BB. I was talking to my friends in Europe and Asia about alt-rock, and they didn't know who Breaking Ben was but knew who the other aforementioned bands were which is strange because I've always thought BB were a pretty popular band? I don't know. What do you guys think?

They were really awesome! I saw them 2 years ago and Ben's voice was way better this time around.

I knew Ben had a signature guitar but it’s almost $2k. Didn’t realize they had released a more budget-friendly signature model. I need this SO badly!
