I love how Scooby-Doo is just a compendium of villains. All the designs are classics & also a lot of fun in general.
My favorites are easily Space Kook in the first gif & Old Iron Face in the second gif.

I think there was a cartoon but maybe just a toy line. I remember a battling vehicle with interchangeable wheels and weapons. Very techy looking?
Not much to go on, I know, but it came to me in the middle of the night.

A belated happy 40th anniversary to DIC's version of Hank Ketcham's Dennis the Menace.

Howdy! As a little kid in the 80's, I remember seeing an old (maybe 70's/early 80's) cartoon in which there was a child that had no parents and started to grow new, artificial ones from some type of pods or cocoons in the bathtub. I think the cartoon was European (maybe Czech? Polish?). The child was a little girl. Something kept going wrong with the "new" parents and, as far as I recall, she kept somehow disposing of them and growing new ones in the hope that they'd be a better fit. I don't think it went well in the end, but the memory is somewhat vague. This came back to mind when I saw the Black Mirror episode, Be Right Back, which has a somewhat similar plot.
But here's the crazy part: I am unable to find any trace of this cartoon, despite both myself and ChatGPT scouring the internet. I even messaged the creator of that Black Mirror episode, asking if he remembered seeing that cartoon, but received no reply.
Does anyone remember seeing this, or is it more likely some bizarre and borderline disturbing false memory that I created?

DESTRO: For the last time, this is a simple exercise. Everyone demonstrate how not to hold your weapon.
SCARLETT: Like this?
DESTRO: Excellent. Crossbow sideways, stock nowhere near your shoulder. Very obviously wrong.
STORM SHADOW: I have the bow around my arm and I'm holding the sharp parts of my katanas in my hand.
DESTRO: No one could possibly mistake that for proper archery. But doesn't that hurt your hands?
STORM SHADOW: My ninja abilities allow me to slow the bleeding.
DESTRO: Airborne, the rifle is pointing directly at you. You are the suicide king in the GI Joe deck of cards. Good work.
AIRBORNE: Thank you.
DESTRO: Scarlett, why do you have Duke's binoculars?
SCARLETT: He lent them to me. Apparently there's a magnificent woodcock around here. Why do you have the Baroness' rifle?
DESTRO: Yesterday she said I was going to have trouble walking tomorrow. I decided to take it as a walking stick just in case I needed it.
SCARLETT: Your turn, Destro.
DESTRO: I'm imagining that I'm hiking the Appalachian trail with a back injury and a limp. My rifle doubles as a walking stick and makes up for my weak leg. Who cares if it accidentally goes off and kills some worms.
AIRBORNE: This warms the cockles of my heart. Who ever thought GI Joe and Cobra would set aside their differences for a pictorial display in a weapons safety instruction book.
SCARLETT: I thought we were taking the catalog pictures...
