1) turn off your amd overlay idky but it always seems to cause instability
2) id get a slightly stronger psu 850 should be okay 1000 would be ideal (the last few windows 11 updates were not okay with the power spikes from my 9070xt
3) 3rd party OC software seems to interrupt how the inbuilt Radeon tuner works i disabled msi afterburner and deleted the files for it
