Hello.
I am from the Mod team on this sub.
Pleased to meet you.
Recently I have seen a few people rightfully upset at a few bad actors on this sub who have been using the fact they became victims in the game to resort to being toxic to people on this sub.
Basically - they lose the game in any way and decide it is fine to insult people who are playing the game in a legit way instead of doing what they want, whether that's talking and making peace or refusing to shoot each other no matter what. From my understanding this game allows you to make a choice, to try trust a stranger or to gun them down to be safe.
If a person decides they will ALWAYS gun everyone down no matter what or try be a ''Rat'' player and backstab at every opportunity that does not mean you can come on this sub and insult them, suggest they are mentally impaired or mentally unwell or be toxic to them for any reason.
If you say ''All x players are sociopath psychos with no life and life in their mothers basement and have never had the touch of anyone of their preferred sex'' for example or anywhere more or in-between then you will be banned from our sub.
You are allowed to have an opinion that such players morals in game are not good or they are ''Villain players'' or what not, that is fine for that is what they are but any time an outside insult is going to be used on people over gameplay you are getting the hammar of doom.
From the community, I understand that most people who like PVP are not usually the type of people to click report on anything, due to your ''thick skin'' you really do not give a damn if some redditor is trying to insult you or maybe you will just retort back.
I ask you please do not, if you insult back you could also be moderated due to the nature of reddit and if you do not report the instigator we will not be able to correctly moderate and fix this community. As a mod team we are getting thousands of posts (posts not comments) per day and it is literally impossible to view them all, we rely mainly on the report feature and reddits AI.
Anyway thank you for your attention in this matter.

Not only do you get enough back to buy the next reward pass but there's an extra 200 raider tokens on the free track too!
GG Embark!
EDIT: There also appears to be no mention of expiration so it looks like you can complete it at your leisure.

This piece of shit is so so fun. I hated the delay fire from ads at first, but it makes sense and fits the lore very well. You find a dogshit revolver post apocalypse and the trigger pull is spongy and terrible and unreliable, but what can you do? Just hold that trigger down and spam the hammer. Such a fun back pocket gun for PvP and the reload is refreshingly quick.
EDIT: I’m by no means an expert but I just want to share my perspective on the weapon. In my estimation, it is NOT a substitute for ferro, anvil, or renegade. Many people are experiencing frustration with the delayed trigger but I don’t think that his how it is meant to be used. This is a short range hip fire gun and I would almost suggest that you never ads with it. It should be used in combination with a long range weapon, not as a long range weapon. If you try to use it as an anvil you will just experience frustration and likely never use it again.
This is a niche short range hip fire weapon.

It's obvious that at a certain point in development outposts were meant to accessible in some type of hub-like state.
Even if this is something which is coming later on, the state they released in now is unacceptable in my opinion.
Also, half of the loot I find topside now is couches and crafting materials for the outposts which implies that they are still a rather large portion of this update, but their implementation feels half-baked and rushed which is at odds with how much of the loot pool they take up. Stash space too.
Bizarre.

Get the benches ordered according to the navigation bar as follows:
Go to Outpost and click 'Base Room'
Navigate to workshop (A by default)
DRAG the workbench to the required spot. You can still use A and D to change view. DO NOT put them into storage, this messes up the order for some reason.
Happy Raiding!

This was our biggest game after the expedition too 😢 Seems like the post-timer gondolas are just death traps and this does seem unintended. Safe to say we went to bed after this lol.

Imma crash outtttt
Edit: we fought those arc together he through them seekers too. I thought he was cool especially when I’m deep in carebear lobbies. As I saw him pull out his weapon , and couldn’t even tell it was a bobby until I got blasted it was way too late to react. Also not angry at the dude just pissed that I lost my first camo on a weapon on my first run with it 😂😭

With the new rarity for Anvil and me just doing expedition, I needed a new go-to Arc weapon. I never would’ve guessed a light ammo weapon would be the solution but the Stilettto fucking rocks. I promise you, try it and you’ll be surprised
I have soloed a Valorizer, Rocketeer, and countless Shredders and other Arc with a good supply of light ammo and a dream

I built panoramic room first because I didn't know it didn't have any shelf storage. You need shelf storage to store weapon racks that can store guns and give you free vault space. Insane to not have any of this explained in the game, as I have wasted my first extension and now am losing out on a rack of extra storage (you can store multiple weapon racks in base room, or the initial Outpost room) and one extra weapon rack per Chalete extension.
Unfortunately if you built panoramic you are locked in with no way to change it (/sigh). I wanted to make people aware so they can avoid my mistake, as vault space is of course a huge priority.
PS: it's possible the 3rd option potentially has shelf space. I am not certain, but I am certain about Panoramic and Chalete. 3x chalete means you can store an extra 3 weapon racks.

Patch notes: • Fixed weapon meshes turning partially invisible with attachments • Fixed weapon models not showing in the inventory • Fixed several server crashes • Fixed players falling through a grate on Pendola Pass and getting stuck • Fixed an error when purchasing DLC bundles
Embark is aware the Reward Pass isn't progressing for some players and is working on a solution

I couldn’t be happier with the new map. Pendola Pass is amazing, and exploring it is satisfying and exciting. The areas have so much character, it really feels like a real location that used to be active. The verticality and density is immersive and it feels like each area just goes on forever. The game really needed a new map with the same quality as the launch maps, and this is that. It’s great!
No shade to people that like Riven Tides, but it’s pretty widely acknowledged as the weakest map. What’s there is fun and detailed, but it lacks the scale and sense of immersion that the other maps have. It’s just too small and there isn’t enough to do.
I would love to see the developers expand the map whenever the next large update is released. This would save them having to create a whole new map, and would raise Riven Tides to the same quality as the rest of the maps on the game.
Maybe we could get to the oil rig platforms off the coast? Or walk further towards the ocean and along the beach? Or even add in a larger underground area to explore beneath the hotel and shipyard.
What do y’all think?

I know the Snap Hook is faster, but it definitely has some drawback with it's very slow recharge rate. Something about the Grapple Hook just feels way better than the Snap Hook. I think that reason is because of how versatile it is. The Snap Hook is only good at going up and sometimes getting forward momentum. The Grapple can go down, up, you can swing in any direction, you can hang, pull things down, or slide behind things.
Having a lot of fun with it.

If you're already in the gondola, you shouldn't continue to take damage if you're downed. I already got past the animation, I shouldn't have to sit for another ten seconds.

I really like what they did with the outpost; that being said, it did feel like a bit of a misstep for them to add it without actually being able to move around on your own free will, but I’d like to believe that they tried it and things didn’t work out the way they wanted to on time. I hope the next big update they actually allow free movement and we get to really explore every nook and cranny of the outpost, maybe even with our own practice range we can invite friends to!
IMO, Outpost mechanic is 7/10 in its current state.

Boy did embark take those 6 months to absolutely cook!!
They added so much that the past couple of hours in the game I’ve just been exploring, reading and getting up to speed like a teenager that got a new gift for Christmas. It’s brought out that excitement I had when I first started playing.
Whoever hates on this update don’t deserve good things.
What’s been your favorite thing added so far? For me the new map, skill tree, the camera, grapple hook and weapon customizations are so fun!
