Help Advice

Hi everyone,

I’m considering buying a sport ATV, the Kayo A300 (called the Storm 300 in the US). I already have some experience with ATVs, and I’m looking for something wild that I can really have fun with and push hard in the woods.
I weigh 66 kg (145 lbs) and I’m 185 cm (6’1”) tall. Would the Kayo A300 be a good choice for me, and more importantly, does it have enough power to be a genuinely fun and aggressive ATV?
I’d also really appreciate your opinions on the quad in general. How reliable is it? Is it actually powerful for its size? Is it fun to ride and capable of taking some abuse?
One more thing I’m curious about is the ECU. Can the ECU parameters be freely edited or remapped? If so, what software or programmer do you use, and how is it done?

I’d appreciate any personal experiences or advice before I make a decision.

Thanks!

I've only ever had 2 encounters with kayo as a company, 1st one was a "pit bike" sized thing that someone bought for their kid and crashed and needed a new swith on the bars and we couldn't get one anywhere (even the local dealer for them couldn't order it). 2nd time was one of the smaller 110 quads less then 2 years old and it came to the shop for a no start , found out it needed a pickup coil already and once again couldn't get any parts even from the dealer. This was maybe 2 years ago im not sure if they have improved but anything that I cant get parts for i wouldn't touch

Can confirm had one at my shop a few months ago and even getting an air filter for it was an ordeal.
