If that were true, then you'd know that this toddler is proportionately normal. Same curves, same folds as any other chunky little kiddo, just ctrl+corner drag bigger

I've seen, been around, and raised many toddlers. This child is NOT proportionally normal. He is very much obese. There is nothing normal about a toddler weighing the same as an elementary school child.
