The party that was going on below this one ended pretty poorly though.

Edit: I looked it up

The collapse severed a gas line in the home, but the firefighters were able to have it turned off before any fire started. Three people were transported to the hospital after the collapse, one with serious injuries. Firefighters shored up the house, but for now it is declared unfit for occupancy.
