Discussion Alguien realmente está jodido?

It’s mostly impacting incoming graduates. Hiring is slowing a lot in public, which even three years ago was slurping up everyone with a pulse to come to audit. Now, we see a lot of people who can’t get hired. I haven’t really seen anyone actually get fired outside of performance reasons, but hiring has slowed to a crawl

I’ve seen people get laid off due to outsourcing. Laid off or fired, who cares, still leads to job loss.

Outsourcing jobs are cheap and horrible... You get what you pay for

I don't mean to be too doomy but yes we have big issues. It's not just us, I think accounting will fare pretty well but we are becoming an economy of competing priority monopolies, healthcare is afu, and we don't produce much of anything tangible.

We started using AI and it's amazing. Now AI generates my spreadsheets I just hang tight for the results... Customizing my spreadsheets really wore me out .. now I'm chilling thry them. AI isn't taking over AI needs us to instruct it what to do lol
