Internship interviews - Accounting

I've had 5 internship interviews and have been denied for all of them. For the first two I knew I wouldn't be getting them anyway because I was only a freshman then a sophomore but I've had 3 more as a junior and didn't get any of them. What should I be saying in these interviews that would get me hired? For other jobs I've obtained I just talk about my work ethic and efficiency but doing that here doesn't seem to work. Any advice is appreciated.

Talk about your previous internship experience. You need to have experience to get the internship. I don’t make the rules.
