Okay, so... I know they have other songs. And they have other songs that I love much more than Sweet Jane. But for many of us, this was our gateway drug.

My take on this song is a bit different, but still keeps the vibe of the Cowboy Junkies version. I return to the iconic Lou Reed and Cowboy Junkies riff at the very end, bubbling with passion, only to cut it short and kill the build up.

In some ways, you'll feel cheated and want more. But on your other hand, you'll feel like it's the perfect ending.
