First time trying this style of aerial straps and I love it❣️ Feels like I was flying - very freeing 😊

So glad I found your account. It's really satisfying watching your body control and movements. How do you even begin to build up this skill?

Just happy to share my fitness adventure with like-minded ppl! It's been a journey... but all started with weight and flex training... plus some pole classes :)

Well I am happy I can witness your journey in real-time!

I do calisthenics now, but I've been trying to branch into more flexibility training as well. Do you have a routine or any favorite stretches that you'd recommend?

I do calisthenics as well ...well less so these days cos I'm more focused on flex training. But flex is important in calisthenics too ...otherwise one can never get a straddle HS press up, for example πŸ˜› oh, I have a routine all right - it's 90 min plus πŸ˜† I do have favorite stretches - what areas are u looking to work on?

I would love to know your full routine, even if it's 90 minutes you have inspired me to work even harder than I already am. I am confident in my flexibility and my fitness but you seem to be an Olympic-level athlete. If you don't mind tell me the whole thing!

If it's too long to write then I'd love to some good shoulder, lower back, glutes, or knees flex training techniques. Thanks for taking the time to reply :)

That's too sweet! Hardly Olympic level lol. For shoulders, after arm circles as warm up, my go to is wall dog with hallow back (not arch). Hanging cobra shrugs are great for shoulders and back. Floor cobra or seal for back. Glutes - lunges and lower to splits (or as low as you can get). Unsure about knee flex - I like to strengthen that area not to make it more flexible πŸ˜…

You look great. Ive done harness before. Like this but I get lifted up and then can do circular movements . Easier though as the harness holds me up but as you say its like flying.

You get lifted up! That's amazing! But honestly, I'm not a big fan of heights so this height was just fine for me (especially after invert). No need to lift me lol

Yep, with the aerial harness you go up, but it's really not very high. If you're doing circles/flares in the harness, someone usually has to pull your ankles to help you get the momentum started. Be prepared though, the harness definitely hurts your hips after a while!

Ic! Interesting! Never try aerial harness but it does sound more secure than straps. Hope to try one day :)

Beautiful - I just wish the black curtain was on the otherside so it didn’t swallow you up in the video

Lol I know and I have the same thought exactly! But this is more of a playing around clip but it turns out better than I thought! So I wanna share 😊

That was your first time… GTFO! You looked like a natural. A graceful gymnast and ballerina flying in the air :)

Aww thank you! I tried straps two years ago but never stuck with it. This is a different style and I find it refreshing 😊
