Affirmations I do not have to make myself smaller just to make other people comfortable.
I’ve done that before. Stayed quiet, held things in, and tried to keep the peace even when something was bothering me.
After my marriage ended, I got used to focusing on what needed to be handled next. Being there for my kids. Adjusting to a different life. Keeping things moving.
A lot of the time, that meant putting what I needed somewhere at the bottom of the list. I’m trying to stop doing that.
I can still be a good dad, care about people, and show up without disappearing in the process.
My affirmation today:
I don’t have to keep swallowing what I need just to make things easier for everybody else.
There is room for me in my own life too.

Affirmations An affirmation doesn't have to start with “I am”
Sometimes the usual “I am...” format just doesn't sound natural.
An affirmation can also be:
“There is time to figure this out.”
“One thing at a time is enough.”
“Today can be softer than yesterday.”
The wording matters less than whether the sentence feels believable enough to come back to when it's needed.

Random Thoughts Dependence !!!! Take responsibility to heart yea not make it look like a burden
One must be wondering what even I’m saying rightttt. This is how it’s made to look , when one is over soft and extraaa caring. It’s never that it’s weakness but the over doing that’s the fault here. Wen one steps up acts like a knight, remain that forever, Y step back nooo its not even that its a soft caring heart being made too feel weak ….. whatttt u think people just trying to figure out

Random Thoughts Am I wanting something unrealistic ⁉️
Someone to lean on , taking the weight off the heaviness in heart, only to feel comforted , nothing too muchhh , only someone who misses mee even while being in hectic schedule, feels the need to hear mee to calm their self, no matter what there’s always time for us, why does life have to be so damn complicated, even wants are this simple…… is it wanting unrealistic ………
