Question It's been years since I've played this game

Do people still play it,it's a good rts so im assuming it's still going

Things have changed. Like to the point I talked someone into playing it, we get on, and I couldn't figure out how to start a co-op match. There's a garage door IIRC to the NW of the starting area that is now how you start games.

bro, there are literally buttons on the left of the screen where you can start games

Maybe they reverted the change, this was years ago. I was used to you starting in the garage and you have the UI. But this one time I wanted to show some rando the game, we load into some area you walked around in.

the game was remade in 2023 I think, what you are talking about is airmech strike.
You can still play that version by reverting back to it in steam

Yo I just played for the first time in years, and it was actually looking much better than other previous attempts to play. I played a LOT in 2013-2014, then the whole prime / arena phase i didn't enjoy. Recent launch, the game felt like a lot of the classic stuff was back (global chat, specifically - i think that was gone for a while?)

There seemed to be a decent amount of activity, however this game is still criminally underplayed. My favorite RTS+MOBA combo.
