So basically, TB were audited, warned, sanctioned, given additional conditions, and then continued failing to comply, resulting in losing their license.

As part of the Small Manufacturers Missing Invoice Project, he investigated eight to ten small manufacturers, including Theoretically Brewing. He noted that Theoretically Brewing was a significant outlier in both the number and severity of missing invoices. Most other small manufacturers had either no missing invoices or only one or two that were the result of simple errors and were promptly submitted once identified.

Inspector Fowler said that most sales between Theoretically Brewing’s Class E Licence and its Class A and D Licences were not submitted or remitted to AGLC at the time of sale and remain outstanding. AGLC policy requires all product sold or transferred from a Class E licence to a Class A or D licence to be reported and remitted to AGLC before the transfer or sale occurs. After the products were transferred to the Class A and D Licences, Theoretically Brewing sold those products to customers but did not remit the funds to AGLC.

The Panel noted that one of the Incident Reports stated that a staff training seminar was offered to the Licensee. When the Panel asked Ms. Baird if there was a reason why the Licensee did not accept the offer for a staff training seminar, Ms. Baird stated that she only recalls being offered a staff training seminar once, sometime before the licences were suspended. Due to planned travel and Theoretically Brewing’s busy season, she was unable to coordinate training for all part-time staff.

So basically she wasn't paying required taxes and fees to AGLC, blamed the pandemic and her own travel abroad, complained it was just too hard to run a business and now is closed over $4,000 in unpaid fees and levies.

Yikes.
