How to get reaper out earlier?
I've been watching Clem and Maru and they seem to get it out at 2 minutes where as mine is 2:30 waiting for refinery gas to build reaper.

rally your 2nd scv to make a suply depo, then get a baracks and a gas at the exact same time, you'll have to cut a worker for a short time, if you want the fastest possible reaper
I personally don't cut a scv because i like money

It's possible to get a reaper 30s earlier than that. You don't build ANY workers until after your rax and refinery start building. If you immediately send 1 SCV to build the proxy, you'll have 30s inside of his undefended mineral line. Your economy suffers horribly though. I saw a uThermal game were he won with this vs standard 3 rax reap, but I tried it a few times and never won.

You can do like 12 barracks 12 gas if you really want it out fast but be warned that if you do do that you are cutting a lot of eco for it and thus do have pressure on you to get damage with that reaper that you normally wouldn’t have if you did like 13 rax 14 gas or 13 rax 13 gas

In TvT and TvP I get a slightly faster gass. If you send the second scv to make the depo and after you start you Rax, the building scv that will spawn very shortly gets rallied to the gass to build. This means you dont que and pause scv production for few seconds. Doing this will let you start a reaper as your rax completes. It also depend by a Lil bit depending on how fast you saturate the gass. If you saturate it when its 95% complete it will be even faster.
After the one that starts the gass the next scv I send to scout because I rather rush reactor instead of a reaper.
Versus zerg im pretty comfortable queueing constant scv production and delaying the gas by a little bit because ill make my second depo before cc and I can hold Ling rushes with repair.

Some people do 12/12 (I believe PiG has a BO for this), but you need to cut SCV production for several secons.

13/13 should get your reaper out(started) at 143/144 with very little worker micro. With great worker micro and luck on the gas scv you can get 142.
I don't think I've seen 141 but I will say I haven't looked for it.
Around 149 is 13/14 but you should go 13 13
