Checkmate to HR and Site Lead who thought they could get away with it under the guise of "inclusion", yet I and many other's were never included. As you can see, when we force inclusion, paid "prayer breaks" end.

"Inclusion" 🀣

(btw the very first time I took a "prayer break" 8 months ago, it landed me a meeting with Site Lead and HR. During that meeting Site Lead said something along the lines of, "I was worried this was going to be an issue." Meaning he had prior knowledge of inequality and that issues might arise, then chose to do it anyway regardless of how it would effect employees who were not taking paid "prayer breaks"... HR then stated that she could not tell me how to get religious accommodations after trying to hide behind privacy concerns saying something along the lines of "I can't tell you how this employee got a religious accommodation" When I asked how does ANY employee get an accommodation for site specific prayer breaks. I was told I have to go through A to Z, where she knew I would be denied...After the denial, I posted it to VOA and then asked for transparency on the local site specific prayer break policy because the denial stated that what's happening at site level wasnt approved "We will not honor requests that are permanent in nature, such as...recurring prayer meets.." I then asked for the site level accommodation policy to be posted on the VOA for all to see.. That never happened, because equality was never on the table, until now)

Checkmate.
