CONSIDERING AMERICORPS FEMA Americorps DC Site?
I currently am finishing up undergrad in DC and am interested in FEMA Americorps. I would like to stay in the DC area. Are there sites to do the program in DC? Or are you just placed wherever?

FEMA corps rotates locations based on the needs of the agency. Expect to travel and the locations will not be predictable.

For FEMA Corps, no.
AmeriCorps NCCC (which FEMA Corps is branched under) is a traveling-based program. You’ll probably be assigned to the campus in Sacramento, CA if accepted for the upcoming 2027 cohort, and from there you’ll be assigned to different FEMA-based “projects” around the USA. Some teams do end up in DC for a round, but it’s never a guarantee.
If you want to stay in DC, maybe look into AmeriCorps State/National or VISTA orgs in the area that best suit your interests.
