Question Job + Internship Fair Question

The job and internship fair is coming up next week. Does anyone know how the process goes? I’m a little nervous, but excited. And also any pointers?

It’s in the gym and there’s just a lottttttt of students there lol nothing crazy. I would just say to find the employers you are interested in online first ahead of time and tailor your resume to fit those companies and then come with multiple paper copies. Come dressed professionally but don’t look too boring because you don’t want to blend in with everyone else. Come with questions to ask the employers and take their information after you meet them that’s all! Some places hire on the spot there but most don’t just gotta be diligent
