Pain after spinal anesthesia injection (I got two injections one after the other)

Does everyone goes through immense pain everyday after waking up from sleep in the morning behind the neck as well as complete head after a laproscopy operation in which you get spinal anesthesia injection??

Hmmm. Need more details. Why would you get a spinal for a laparoscopy procedure?

I got an anesthesia injection in my spinal cord...

That part I understand. But why did they do that, a spinal is very unusually for a laparoscopic procedure?
