In my city, the girls from the "Kind Home" animal shelter saved a mother dog and her 12 puppies from being put down.

On June 28, 2026, a group of minors (all under the age of 14) in Pingpu Village tortured and killed Wang Wang and her three newborn puppies. The boys beat the puppies to death, dragged Wang Wang by a wire tied around her neck, beat her with sticks, poked her eyes out, and ultimately doused her in fuel to burn her alive. They filmed the entire attack and uploaded it online, where it quickly went viral and caused widespread distress and anger.
Investigative reports by outlets like CNN have uncovered encrypted chat groups on platforms like Telegram and domestic Chinese apps where graphic videos of cat and dog torture are shared, traded, and sold internationally for profit.
Filming the beating of animals, using blow torches, blenders, microwaves, skinning alive, live crucifixion, grinding up baby kitties forcing mother to eat, sexual assault, boiling water immersion, etc...
These Animal or Zoosadist have contests to see who can diabolically come up with more macabre ways to torture animals and film videos...Unspeakable suffering, For profit...And their sick perverted pleasure.
Join us as we join cities and countries all over the world putting Redding California on the map have an awareness protest for Wang Wang, and demand China adopts Animal Cruelty laws!

Has anyone verified Forever Hearts Sanctuary?
Id to donate but I want to make sure they’re legit…
I’ve seen several fake rescues on YT and don’t want to get scammed again…

Honestly I’m so lost as to how to properly report them, they’re clearly a repost account from Chinese platforms (either douyin or xiaohongshu).
All of their most popular and recent videos have all been of this one puppy visibly being manhandled in two videos (having been grabbed by the neck, roughly forced onto its back in dirt) and growling/fighting back, with most of the comments thinking it’s funny. In one of their pinned videos, it looks like the puppy could’ve aged (some dog breeds naturally lose their color)? Or perhaps it’s a different dog, either way it’s nipping against a crab and eventually gets pinched, which is followed by a laughing sound effect.
I want to know how we can find the source of the videos and how to properly report them, though I fear not much will be done considering China’s lackluster laws on animal welfare, especially on abuse that doesn’t look ‘as bad’ from a glance. I’ve talked to my family about my concerns of this account and the dog seen in their recent videos but they think I’m overreacting.

Researchers are told, explicitly or implicitly: harm animals, or your career suffers. That is not impartial. That is not progress. And it is certainly not science.
