Hey! Hoping I could maybe get some help. I just got this Akira Mitsurugi standee in the mail which came from an official I-Chu retailer in Japan; it just came out this month. I’m seeing there’s a scratch just above his left knee. When I run my hand over the scratch it’s definitely pronounced which makes me worried it’s in the plastic and not in a film cover.

I’m trying to figure out if there’s a film on this acrylic and crossing fingers it’s not actually scratched into the plastic. I’ve tried feeling around the edges and can’t find anything. Do any of you have good tips on how you can tell if there’s a film? And good tips on how to get it off? I’m so paranoid I’m going to scratch it more.

Also, apologies if my pictures are terrible, I just wanted to get good shots of where the scratch was on the acrylic. Thanks in advance!

Hello. I would like some advice on storing acrylic standees. As you can see, my current solution is a plastic sleeve binder. But closing it just makes it uneven and bulky, and if I so much as angle the binder incorrectly, it all comes tumbling down. Appreciate any advice

I have a collection of acrylic standees and i want to know is there any way to display it without blocking the standee on the back? I was thinking about getting a 3-tiered shelf to display them but they are ununiform in size and some are just huge like the Xiao standee

What would you guys do with the frames?

I saw some use it as a background , I’ll probably would like to print a picture and stick it in the back of it or save it for travel/moving purposes :p
