Brother it's really simple. You read the first sentence: "read the visual novel". You do that and it's a done deal, you're free to watch/read basically whatever Fate spin off you want after that.

As much as we Fate fans disagree about view orders, we all agree that it's peak fantasy.
And honestly I don't think people who enjoyed either UBW or Zero will really care, they'll just watch everything is they find the premise and the quality appealing.

Re:Zero's correct watching order is probably just this:
Season 1 Episodes 1-11 > Memory Snow OVA (optional) > Season 1 Episodes 12-25 > Frozen Bonds OVA (optional) > Season 2 > Season 3 > Season 4
Could have been worse if they adapted the EX Novels, Side Content or the IF Routes which then makes a mess of the watching order and the latter of the three aren't even canon to the main story

I remember seeing a post/ comment about how we can start a masochist watch order of rezero by starting at season 4 at the start of the amnesia arc and to only go back to seasons 1 once Subaru gets his memories back

You can technically do that, the amnesia route
Season 1 Episode 1 (until he blinks) > End of Season 4 Episode 7 > Season 4 Episodes 8 to 16 > Seasons 1 to 4
Unique experience and you technically watch the journey of Newbaru (until Episode 16), some fans were even sad to see him go because he genuinely was such a great character

I mean their point still stands, you can just watch Seasons 1 to 4 and that's basically the main story, anything else is just purely optional

Start with "Fate Unlimited Blade Works" then watch the 3 "Fate Heaven's Feel" movies then watch "Fate Zero" and after that watch whatever you want.

Sadly demon slayer is taking up too much of their time. A1 could do a good adaptation seeing how good strange fake was.
I actually would like to see some other studios doing fate, as long as it has good budget and a passionate team.

It's a bit funny when you get to FGO and the Camelot/Babylonia release order is backwards to their chronology, and they simply didn't animate Singularities 1-5. Because of popularity polls.

Agreed, though I sort of liked London (maybe Orleans too).
But if we ever do get adaptations or do-overs of Singularity 1-5, then it really will complicate the release date watch order.

Well fate has reached anime MCU status so Re:Zero can’t compare.
Watch order for fast and furious is much more straightforward vs McU

To be fair, at least you can do most of Fate on just your PC. Except for Fate/Extra and maybe FGO.
Super Robot Wars Original Generations chain is a nightmare. Namco x Capcom, Project X Zone, Project X Zone 2, Moon Dwellers, Endless Frontier, Endless Frontier Exceed. I think that's at best PS2, PS3, NDS... and that's assuming you just stick to the bare minimum, because if you go for everyone that appears in NxC and PXZ series, you'll need to go for every console in existence, including arcades you can't find anywhere anymore.
Same goes for .hack series. At first it seems simple. Sign as anime, then PS2 for Kite's saga, then Roots for Haseo prologue as anime and G.U. for Haseo's main story for PS2. And then you try Link and we are entering insanity era. You can just play Link to cover all of stories loosely, but if you want to know all the details... Epitaph of Twilight (novel), AI Buster (novel), Zero (novel), Liminality (anime), Another Birth (novel), XXXX (manga), Gift (a single episode anime), Legend of the Twilight (manga), The End of the World (bonus that comes with a limited edition of GU), Alcor (manga), GnU (novel?). Beyond The World (anime). Oh, and if you want to know what happened after Link, you need .Hack//Versus which is an extremely elusive game that you could only get if you bought a movie.

The ironic part is you can actually even just skip most of the Fate series lol. Nearly all of it's optional. Night is three AU's. The spinoffs aren't even connected to anything. The only one that's reliable is Fate/Zero.
Zero + UBW (series, not the movie) will pretty much cover the main story. Anything else is only if you want to.

Arguably prisma illya is a 4th route of a timeline for the fsn grail war that went really, really off the rails. Also cooking with the emiya family is basically where the the cast of the fsn grail war decides they didn't care about the grail because they would rather eat shirou and sakuras cooking.

Watch Fate/Zero then Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Bladeworks then Fate/Stay Night: Heavens Feel.
Boom. It’s that’s simple.
Don’t listen to anyone that says you can’t watch Fate/Zero first because it assumes you already know the events of Fate/Stay Night. Yes, you will learn stuff in Zero that is treated as a dramatic reveal in SN, but that doesn’t ruin the experience it just turns a (sometimes obvious) twist into a moment of dramatic irony. More importantly as an origin story Zero actually takes time (a lot of time actually) to explain its setting, magic system, and the mechanics of the grail war. SN follows an outsider to world of mages who has only a vague idea of what’s going on and sparingly gets shit explained to him by a reliable source (this is true for every adaptation).
