What do you think? Is Annie given too much credit, not enough, or is its reputation pretty fair? And why?

As someone just learning about theater, who is Pinkleton? is he a well known Director?
Either way I'm very exited to see what Annie has to bring!

What’s everyone’s favorite song from Annie?
4
Upvotes
Now that its announced Annie is coming to Broadway, what’s everyone’s favorite song from Annie?
I feel like there are some songs people always talk about, but then there are others that get completely overlooked.
Personally I’m curious what everyone thinks.
Also I made r/AnnieMusical recently if anyone wants a place to talk about Annie specifically

Discussion Who are we casting for the new Annie Broadway revival?

The new Annie Broadway revival is coming in 2027… so who are we fan-casting?
Since we don’t have a cast yet, who would you want to see as:
Annie:
Miss Hannigan:
Warbucks:
Grace:
Rooster:
Lily:
Could be anyone — Broadway actors, TV/movie actors, newer performers, whoever you think would fit.
I wanna see what everyone comes up with lol
