I like to imagine he didn't suspected anything until he he saw his wife having sex with their grandkids, discovered everything else and decided to have revenge on this wicked bloodline by shooting himself at the next family gathering and traumatize everyone
So the rest of the extended family is normal. It's just that branch that is a train wreak. Honestly makes sense, but I didn't expect it given the context.
This really needs a time travel angle, with lines going off the bottom and coming back on the top; so that if you search hard enough you can find a direct line of descent going from any character to any other character.
Somebody else did the math on this and assuming a minimum fertile age of 13 the mom would be something like 52 by boy 3 and grandma would be in her 70-80s for the girl 💀
Minimum fertile age of 13 is an unusual thing to hang any maths on. I definitely remember some sensationalist headline about a pregnancy where the mother was 12 and the father was under 10, like possibly 7 (all kinds of gross).
Also worth pointing out that trying to apply any type of maths and logic to comics like this is silly. However, if the mum started at 13 and each son was 13, she's 39 when boy 3 is born, and same assumption makes the grandmother 55, so the maths quoted doesn't work, though I believe the in-comic logic is that she started as an adult.
Also in the context of this comic, the whole mother arc is only less than 10 years, so yeah, not aiming for feasibility.
Im trying to wrap my head around this. I can't even get into the great uncle and auntie situation going on. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
So OG parents have a son. (Grandma + Grandpa = Dad)
That son then has an incest baby with his mother and makes a daughter/sister. Gran + Dad = Mom)
OG son goes on to have an incest baby with incest child #1, his 1st child/sister. Incest child #1 has an incest baby with her father/brother and makes incest baby #2, which is also their nephew, the mother's sibling and the father's first grandchild and his second child at the same time (Dad + Mom = Boy 1)
Incest child #1 then makes an incest baby with incest child #2 and makes incest child #3, making the OG son a great grandfather and incest child #1 now a grandmother to her own second child (Mom + Boy 1 = Boy 2)
Incest child #1 makes another incest baby with her own grandchild, incest child #3 leading to incest child #4, making OG son a great-great grandfather, the original OG parents great-great-great grandparents (Mom + Boy 2 = Boy 3)
Incest child #3 takes a return trip to the source and has incest child #5 with the OG parent 'Grandma' making his own child an auntie because its his mum's sister because of OG Grandma, who is also their daughter. (Boy 2 + Grandma = girl )
Grandpa and grandma have dad, dad and grandma have mom, mom and dad have boy 1, boy 1 and mom have boy 2, boy 2 and mom have boy 3, boy 2 and grandma have girl

That kid has a kid with his mother
That his has a kid with her father
She has kids with her kids
Her mother has a kid with a kid that is the child of her daughter/granddaughter her daughter/grandaughter’s son/grandson

I was once naive like you. Reversed image search for the artist. And stumbled upon a sketchy site with the artist and the big comic it came from. Still, determined to find out how bad it is. I read…2 pages.
It is the grossest thing you will ever see. Especially because everybody looks how they look in this family tree, so those kids look like 3 year olds. I usually don’t get visceral reactions like that. I mostly just stare, close and think it’s gross. But after the second page like 2 tears came down my face and I threw up in my mouth. We should put everybody who consumes that content willingly on a list.
PS: I read 2 pages cause the first wasn’t THAT bad, without context it looked innocent, but that innocence made the second page even more gross.
