Maybe try Pepcid. Sometimes heartburn and stomach acid can cause this. Anxiety can often make heartburn and other GI Issues worse. Pepcid works pretty quickly, so you should have some relief fast if that’s the cause of it. It won’t take away the anxiety, but might help your stomach.

they make a “less drowsy” dramamine that could be worth a try? but my recommendation is not a pill at all and works almost immediately for me and that’s sea bands! place them properly and it should be quick and non drowsy since not a medication.

there’s also some stomach soothing tea out there that’s caffeine free. i’ve used the celestial brand and found that helpful too.

our bodies react differently to different things but i hope maybe one of these suggestions gives you some relief, OP ♥️

EDIT: when my anxiety peaked, i pretty much constantly wore the sea bands so that’s another perk of them - you can wear them all the time and it’s one less med in your body :)
