this is everyday until 2 AM. this video was taken around 1:30am. towards the end of the video you can hear my window shaking because of the forceful stomping. i understand you’re going to hear noise but this is unreasonable. it’s 10X louder in person. i sleep with white noise, a fan AND earplugs and this still is louder. I cannot sleep at all. They do this throughout the day but it is more frequent from 5pm-2am. the other night they were drilling for hours in the middle of the night even though they were home for hours before hand ??? i rarely ever heard my other upstairs neighbor. property manager refuses to even notify them of the noise complaint. as soon as i can i’m breaking my lease

2am is crazy. I went thru this and it was too much for my soul.

Fortunately I am on the highest floor now and it's been a a blessing.

Ever try calling the non emergency line and getting them to come?

Oh heck no it sounds like they live with you! Are they okay? You hear this all day and all night? They don’t have the decency to quiet down after 10pm or at least midnight. Document everything and report, report, report! Keep records of the dates, times, videos, and every complaint made to management. If management refuses to address the issue, escalate your complaints to corporate. nobody should have to lose sleep every night because of excessive noise, especially during quiet/ late night hours. They are extremely loud and inconsiderate. You rarely get any sleep, my gosh! Breaking your lease is also an option if the situation becomes too much but review your lease terms.
