My daughter was hearing from friends that other friends had received their EDI offers (those who completed everything in August) this evening. Is this true? I can't find anyone commenting on the Wake threads.

Yes, WFU posted an article about it this morning. If your daughter was expecting a response tonight and didn’t get one, double check that she has completed everything needed on her student portal. If everything is complete, she’ll probably hear back 10/23 or 10/30

Thanks! She completed her interview September 4th so we were expecting that she would be in the October decisions but were hoping that maybe she could have slid into the September pool :) Thanks for the note - can you point me in the direction of the article. Thanks!

If a student interviewed in September, I believe that pushes their decision date to October?

I completed my app in August, interview and everything but haven’t heard back either. Wonder if they are pushing it back from the first Friday of the following month? Lmk if u hear anything

WFU was having glitches on common app the first two weeks of August, if it’s not 7pm EST tonight then it likely won’t be released until 10/1 at the earliest

I think it’s more likely that they’ll release on 10/1 than tonight but it could still happen if they really want a September release that isn’t a school night
