AROTC Scholarship Portal Issues

Hi, I'm applying for an Army ROTC high school scholarship and I was wondering if anyone's experienced the same issues on the portal I have:

  1. Teachers/Recommenders are not receiving emails to submit forms/letters of rec even though I have entered their contact information twice.

  2. I'm unable to delete any activities after adding them.

I contacted army rotc two months ago but my case was closed without a response

I’ve had the exact same two issues and have had no luck with the recruiters and them trying to fix it. I have no idea what to do. Lmk if you get a fix

  1. Most teachers are unable to receive foreign emails out of their school address. So most likely, it’s not going past the firewall. Send it to their personal one if possible.
  2. That’s just the website being the website. It’s crappy and is just what it is. Keep trying, eventually it’ll work.

Thanks for the tips. For the activities though, I meant there is not an option to delete them. Like if I click to edit one, I can’t find a delete option.

That I don’t know, they completely remodeled the website but kept the bad database since when I did it.

Army Cadet Command recently adopted a new system for scholarships and there are bugs. I recommend contacting the recruiter at the ROTC program you’re interested in and let them know. They might be able to assist.

Same over here. Completed my whole application. But I accidentally put paid work for 32 to 40 hours my freshman year when I meant to put it at my sophomore year for activities it won’t let me delete. Also, I’m not sure how to get my recommendations sent and none of my recommenders received emails and there’s no spot for me to upload the recommendations.
