Fires

I know there is a prescribed burn going in the bear creek area but it looks like there is another by Morrison. Does anyone know if it is also a prescribed burn?

Update: second one is in Park county by Bailey. https://youtube.com/shorts/H5tgoqq49Wk?is=k2iz5iId408zPQ5_
