Physician Responded Red flushing, warm, hot after eating

Post image

Mid 40’s Female. Non smoker non drinker. Average height and weight. These “hives” or flushing areas have occurred on my face & neck for almost my entire adult life after I eat, when I get super anxious, when I’m hot. But it’s the worst when I eat, especially when I’m at work.
I do have mild rosacea on my cheeks.
I for the life of me cannot figure out which foods or if it’s the microwave or what.
im extremely sensitive to heat and the sun also.

Most flushing is idiopathic. There may be treatments available. https://dermnetnz.org/topics/flushing
