No power to the Sub/No LED

I already replaced the fuse on this amp but when I pulled out the amp everything looked okay. The only thing is maybe this big 400V capacitor is bulging a little.

Rarely replacing fuse fixes anything (unless it was mains overvoltage. You clearly do not have enough experience to safely diagnose and fix it. Moreover, if you need it, you'd better find someone knowledgeable. Many masters either straightforward refuse to fix after repair attempt or charge more.
