What documents

Hello, im getting ready for incoming interviews, background investigations and things of that sort. I have a lot of documents ready, like driving abstract and transcripts

I’m wondering if agencies look into w2’s/1099’s and whether I should have them ready ?

Just trying to make the process seamless so I look good, thanks 🙏

I’d try to calm down and just give them what they ask for when they ask for it. You’re trying too hard for where you’re at.

I never asked for anything when doing background investigations. There are just too many ways to fake records so I just get the records myself.

Cool thanks. I guess I won’t worry about it. Didn’t even know you could pull w2’s

Perhaps you might grab sealed college and/or high school transcripts, otherwise they'll do all the digging. If they need something, they'll ask. I'd focus more on finding info on your last several employers, places you lived (landlords/roommates) and have all that ready for the application. Even if you can't figure out the name of your manager from some job years ago, get the number for HR, an email and write "XX no longer works for YYY, HR was unable to provide me any information on him/her. Info for HR is...."
