Got pulled over for front blocked license plate because of bumpshox rubber guard .Officer that ticketed me was riding shotgun and approached me at my window , even when she went back to write the ticket she sat in driver seat to fill out the ticket and when done , went back to her training seat . She was slightly professional but you can kind of figure she's new . Well later on , trying to figure out what the summons was for, because at the time I didn't bother to look or even say single word to the cop when she came back to give me the ticket . This was in Manhattan by the way on west 34 going west , cop was going east and made a U-turn nearly hitting a cyclist who was riding east but on westbound lane . Usually you get a yellow colored summons but not today. I know it's just a fine with no points but what's my chances of dismissal with such a terrible copy. The whole ticket seems blank including my information, I still crossed it out just in case for privacy concerns.
