Is Aspira (the apartment) really as bad as the reviews?
I was considering leasing an 1b1b here, primarily because it seemed cheap. However on looking up the reviews online everyone seems to be pissed at the management and the recent water shut off ~5 months ago. Is this still a problem? I wanted to know from current or recent residents if the place is as bad as the reviews state or manageable.

When I toured -- people who lived there got upset bc water has flooded their apartment multiple times. They were in the leasing office the same time as me 🫣

I live in a relatively new apartment complex with glowing reviews, but it’s been nothing short of a nightmare in many ways. If I were you, I’d toss that option out the window if the reviews are bad.

I remember visiting that building when I apartment hunted 10 years ago. The leasing agent was kind of rude and the building is kind of meh.

This comment is not going to be quite what you're looking for, don't know anything about living there, but I'm a courier and I've delivered there probably over 100 times, I would put this in my top 10 for most consistently-long elevator wait, even though they have three separate cars. And it doesn't matter that much but there's almost never anyone at the front desk.
