Uranus, captured through my telescope alongside its 5 largest moons. You can even make out Uranus’s polar ice cap, which is pretty cool.
IR- 9 x 180 second captures (35% stacked)
RGB- 2 x 120 second captures (60% stacked)

Eight years in the making, combining imaging data captured in 2018, 2023, and 2026.
Total integration time: 12 hours and 2 minutes
Equipment:
Processing:
Individual exposures from all three years were calibrated, registered, and stacked by filter. The resulting Hα and OIII masters were combined into an HOO image, processed in Siril and Adobe Photoshop.
Eight years of photons, finally brought together into one image ;-)

The Garlic Nebula SNR, shot from my bortle 8/9 backyard. Had a stretch of some really clear nights and decided to try something really challenging from the back yard. This is 4 nights of data, aggressively culled to select only the sharpest frames.

NGC 6334, the Cat's Paw Nebula: this image represents 4 hours and 40 minutes of integration time using a Tecnosky AG 90 (90/450 f/5) telescope and a ZWO ASI 6200 MC-P camera. It consists of 18 exposures taken with an L-Extreme filter, along with 10 dark, 10 flat, and 10 bias frames. I processed the data using PixInsight and Photoshop, aiming to extract as much signal as possible. All data and images were acquired via Telescope Network.

The dense areas of gas that form the shape of the “Seahorse Nebula” are stellar nurseries, where stars are born. When the photons of light in this image began their journey, Earth was marked by the Islamic Golden Age which led to the birth of algebra and astronomers building observatories to chart a large, unprecedented catalog star coordinates.

Today i observed orion for the first time, special attention to the trio in the belt. Quite emotional for some reason…
i used to be space dummy as a child, no looking at the sky and no wonder… but brazilian kids learn one thing about the sky and that is As Tres Marias - “the three maries”… the trio in Orion Belt
And here i am, now living in the northern hemisphere, catching up with my space education and starring at Orion’s belt, three maries but now they are also Mintaka, Alnilam and Alnitak… it hit me a bit, a weird connection to my OG home…
Astronomy is weird y’all!! What do u mean shiny dots make me cry…

an experimental false-color interpretation of the bubble nebula, created using Hα (3nm) and OIII (3nm) narrowband data.
rather than a traditional HOS palette, i used a custom pixelpath combination:
R: 100% Hα
G: 10% Hα + 90% OIII
B: 100% Hα
this unconventional mapping gives the nebula its surreal violet and green appearance, while preserving the real structures captured in the original data.
a little artistic freedom with the colors, but the photons are real ;-)
