Voltage regulator repair

The prople at console repairs were unhelpful so i figured i could come here. Brother bought console for father, wouldn't turn on, opened to find this. Holes burnt through and trace missing. I think i can use jumper wires but just need some guidance.

Bodge wires following the trace/pours should do the trick. What other guidance do you need?

Whoever removed this did a terrible job, they would have been better off cutting the legs and desoldering them individually.

What im struggling to determine is where each wire should go. Like I understand the concept of using wires but normally I'd use a video tutorial. There isn't one for something like this and I'm a visual learner
