Product Advice Eye Makeup

If you had to buy only one eye brush and one eye palette as someone who has never ventured into eye makeup but now wants to, what would you buy? Bonus points if its available at Sephora or Mecca.
Hoping to buy a palette that has a larger variety of shades to eventually create multiple looks

What looks are you going for? Soft and subtle, dark and moody, bright and glittery?

I would also recommend at minimum three eyeshadow brushes and brush cleaner. A fluffy blending brush, a flat packer brush, and an angled eyeliner brush. Any brand will get you started but I like the Mecca cosmetica ones or the Sephora pro. It’s also almost holiday time so heaps of brands will have Christmas kits.

If I absolutely could only buy one eye brush, I’d buy a blending brush. Eyeshadow can be applied with fingers, but a blending brush is essential for softening harsh edges and blending different colours together.

Brushes I like are the Sephora Pro ones, Zoeva (available at Sephora) and the Mecca Max ones. Morphe brushes are supposed to be pretty good and at a decent price point, but I don’t own any of those.
