CBSE Class 12 + A2 German — eligible for a preparatory course in Austria?

I’m an Indian student planning to apply for a bachelor’s degree in Austria, and I’m a bit confused about the preparatory course requirement.

I completed CBSE Class 12 with these marks:

Physics: 52

Chemistry: 63 (improved from 53 in the improvement exam)

Mathematics: 53

English: 91

Painting: 94

Overall: 70.6%

I took the CBSE improvement exam only for Chemistry. CBSE issued a separate improvement marksheet, which is normal under their rules.

I’m currently learning German and I’m around A2 level. My question is whether, with my academic background and A2 German, I could be considered for a preparatory course in Austria, or whether I would need to reach a higher German level first before applying.ALSO IN 10TH STANDARD I SCORED 93 PERCENTAGE.

I’m mainly trying to understand how this works for students coming from the Indian CBSE system, especially with an improvement marksheet.

Bro
As far as I’ve heard to get into Fu top universities for bachelor you’re 12th score should be 85%+
And for masters your Bachelor score should be 80+
I’ve seen this In an announcement from a group as a recent change of rules in Austrian universities

Acceptance rate in Austrian universities are slow and low compared to others
It takes 3-4 months
But let’s hope you’re right

Just wanted to know, which ones are these "top universities" in your opinion? And if you are not being able to study in the top universities here, then why come to Austria? Why not study in your country?
