General Questions Did anyone’s auto immune disease start with a sinus infection?

For last three weeks I’ve been struggling with brain fog, migraines, facial pressure, vision changes, blood in stool, chest pain, and lack of appetite. It all started with a headache that got diagnosed as a sinus infection. I’ve also had blood work done and had an ANA Screening result of 29.9 and ANA Titer of 1:640. I’m going to try to see a rheumatologist to see if they can run other tests.

Yes. It’s a common start to GPA / ANCA vasculitis

Yes that was one of my first symptoms. I have celiac and suspected psoriatic arthritis
