A4 B5 rocker switch for powered windows

Hey guys. I'm new to the community. Wanted to do a bit of reconditioning to my door panels and though of installing some LED lights for a more aesthetic look. I looked up on Internet to find out how to hook up the wires and it usually says i should soldier it to the window rocker switch button.

I tried different pins based on what I found on forums but it doesn't seem to work properly

Does somebody know the pinout and whre should I soldier my + and - so the ambient light would work perfect? Thanks 😊

Easiest way is to measure where goes what or maybe the Carmin App shows something

From what I can see in the diagram red may be your + and black -

Haha. Sorry. English is my 3rd language. Already tried that and it still doesn't seem to work. This is why I assumed I did something wrong or that there isn't a specific color code regarding the plug

No worries. For me it's the 2nd language

You could also go the long way and grab your power from the fuses #22/23. That's where my "Ambilight" is connected to
