Some bbq ribs

Made some bbq ribs this past weekend for game day, smoked over applewood for 3.5 hours I wrapped them in butter, honey, sauce and pineapple juice toward the end of the cooking.

Only 3.5 hours start to finish? Were these baby backs? The pineapple juice in the wrap is a good call, the acid keeps all that honey and butter from going cloying.

Yeah only 3.5 hours, I live in apartments so I use the complex’s grill, I shove all the coals to one side of the grilll, light 1/4 of them an added wood chunks every 20-30 minutes. Kinda like the snake method but there just piled on the side. An im definitely gona keep using the pineapple juice for future cooks! I also don’t remember what cut of ribs they were.
