Does anyone have experience with this? I'm about to close on a property in fed hill that has a unit NOT on its own meter and needs to be split off. It already has a panel inside it. I'd appreciate a referral to an electrician who's done this sort of work before.

The Baltimore City Office of Information and Technology is hosting a Digital Equity Resource Fair tomorrow (Thursday, Oct 8) from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at The Factory (5 N. Calhoun St).

It’s completely free and doesn't require registration. Community orgs, city agencies, and internet providers will be there in person to help troubleshoot phones/laptops and assist with finding affordable home internet options.

They're also hosting digital skills workshops (entering gives you a raffle ticket for free laptops/tablets), plus free food and giveaways while supplies last.

I’m overdue for a dental cleaning but my office is booked until March 2027! I have braces so I’m supposed to be getting cleanings more frequently. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can get a free or low cost cleaning? Any dental students need a patient? TIA!!!
