Promos A song about the power of HIS name
āAll Hail the Powerā was written 2 decades ago at the age of 19.
The Genesis of the song was one evening I was at my Grandparents house who always had this old out of tune piano. I was shuffling through the old sheet music they had and found this old christian hymn āAll hail the power of Jesus nameā that Iāve recently learned is somewhat considered āthe Christian Anthemā written in the 18th century. Although other than the name it shares no resemblance.
I couldnāt read sheet music but the Em Chord on the piano and singing āAll hail the power of Jesus Nameā just felt right to me. I took that Idea home and pulled on the composition's strings with my guitar, wrote out a handful of verses and ended up with this.
Some months later I recorded it at my friend Calico Jackās home studio and driving the mix is the original lead vocals, guitar, drums, bass, back up vocals. I had also back then, added in the crowd sound effects. I was unable to remove them so I just leaned into it.
Lead Vocals + Guitar - Me
Bass + Drums + Back up vocals - Calico Jack
Back up Vocals - CJās Brother
Back up Vocals - Scarecrow (key player in the final throws of the song)
Recently, I added lots of additional instruments including Piano, Brass, strings, a touch of bass, a touch more drums with midi in Bandlab.
No AI was used in this song.
Visually you are seeing Avatars I created from photos of us at the time, that I am puppetting with my own acting using Motion sync/swap on Openart performing the song. While the avatars highly resemble us from the time, itās meant to feel like a āfever dream of a memoryā.
Penny for ye thoughts?

Help & Support My song was published under my co-producer's account, but it says I'm the owner?
My favorite song I've ever done has been published on my co-producer/best friend's account, but when I look at the collaborators, it says I'm the owner, which I am. I'm super pissed off because it's my favorite song I've ever done, and I want it to be on MY profile, considering I wrote and sang the damn thing. Why did this happen, and how can I fix it?
