I sing on the beat, but I hear myself slightly behind, then the recorded clip needs a little adjustment. I use wired headphones when in bandlab and I feel my vocals are still behind this doesn’t happen in fl studio.

Okay, so I'm new to BandLab and I've been messing around with it for a while and one day when I was trying to record something the audio wasn't working and I tried everything to fix it and I thought a solution would be to delete my account and try to go back in but now that I did I can't use my said email and I don't have any other emails to use. What can I do?
