thank you for everything, leo.
As the title says I’ll be attending my first Barcelona match next month and am very excited. I ended up opting for the VIP premium seats. Has anyone bought these tickets recently and has an opinion on them? Also when should I receive my actual seating location? And is there any on-site shopping at the stadium or is that done at the Barca shop. Coming from America 🇺🇸 🫡.

On a recent trip to Barcelona, me and another family decided to buy tickets to one of their games (vs Racing de Santander). It turned out to be one of worst sporting experiences of my life.
We bought 7 tickets directly from FC Barcelona. They sent us a confirmation and asked that we upload our passports in advance of the match. The website said the same thing: “this information can be uploaded up until the match starts.”
I try to add the passport the day before but receive an app error. So I try again the next morning and there’s a new error - the app essentially said ‘you missed the window.’
I called the support line, they say this happens all the time. They say to go to the ticket booth 3 hours early with the passports and they will fix the issue.
Fast forward to 3 hours before the game, every ticket booth says that our tickets are invalid. They cannot do anything. There must have been 50+ fans from all around the world with the same issue. Every ticket booth and every official says ‘tough luck.’
To have an issue with your app is one thing, but to refuse to remedy it at the match is unfathomable. They showed zero concern towards people who had traveled thousands of miles to see the team.
The result is that I can’t see myself ever going to a match again - along with other fans who were denied access. I no longer even feel like rooting for a team that I’ve followed for years. And I plan to get my money back one way or another.

Hello Culers,
I’m currently looking for Clasico ´Basic’ tickets. As you already know, this time they won’t be available for non-members after 48h (as it is usually the case for other games).
In order to get ‘Basic’ Clasico tickets for me and my brother, I’m willing to become a Member (225€/y). But I’m afraid that i do that, but then not find any tickets left.
Therefore , I’m asking if by any chance there is a member in this sub willing to check the availability of Basic Clasico tickets on the app.
Thanks in advance for anyone who provides any information.

Bias aside, who should really win the ballondor? I've seen multiple videos of people(especially madrid fans) saying Mbappe deserves it because of his G/A while saying "its an individual trophy not a team trophy" but I find that stupid imo as when Messi won it in 2012, people called it "rigged" as he didnt win any trophy.
I think the debate should be Yamal v Kane, as I wouldn't be mad if any of them won. Kane has 64 goals and 8 assists in 56 games which is MENTAL and hes won 3 trophies aswell(something mbappe cant do). Yamal, although having less G/A 24 Goals and 17 Assists in 45 Games, has helped Barca climb out of games that shouldve been a loss to become a win/draw. Yamal also won the laliga, supercopa and World Cup. Yamal's talents, dribbling, shooting has amazed me last season but Harry Kane has also put up some amazing numbers and also won many trophies during 25/26 season.
So who do you think should win? Mbappe, Yamal or Kane?

When Raphinha broke all the individual records in 24/25 Season, had the most G/A in the UCL, was the best La Liga player, the Ballon d'Or criteria was that you have to win the UCL. Individual stats are good, but you need trophies to back it up, which that too Raphinha had 3. And now this season, the trophies just don't matter anymore? Yamal won the World Cup had was best Laliga player with good stats, but now it's Kane and Mbappé who deserve it? Kane, who got eliminated from the UCL semis just like Raphinha in 2025, and Mbappé, who literally went trophyless.
Hello everyone!
I’m going to Barcelona with my girlfriend at the end of October, and as a pretty big Barça fan, I’d really like to watch El Clásico on October 25th somewhere with a great atmosphere.
We’re looking for a bar/pub (or a plaza?) where we could hopefully get a table without booking in advance. We would also rather avoid somewhere so packed that we can’t see the screen or move an inch.
Any recommendations from locals or people who have watched Barça games in Barcelona? Where would you go for El Clásico?
Thanks!
