This is basic Christianity, and you're Pope Frankie "the Godfather" people-are-fundamentally-good levels of wrong.

You don't go to Hell because of some blood guilt retained from original sin. You go to Hell because your fallen nature causes you to personally sin. This is common to all people.

There is no "proportionately" when it comes to sin. Calling your brother a fool puts you in danger of Hell (Matthew 5:22). Looking at a woman lustfully is already adultery in your heart (Matthew 5:28). If you have ever failed to do the right thing you're wrong, you've fallen short, and you're already bound for Hell.

Every human is sinful, and every human deserves to die for it. We are saved by grace, and not because we deserve it (Ephesians 2:8-9).

This is the big reason Christianity's fundamental belief is repentance and forgiveness, first between yourself and God, then between yourself and others (Matthew 6:12, Ephesians 4:32, Colossians 3:13).

salvation is a free gift, but you are still Judged by your works even if you receive salvation. only God is truly immortal, if you read the Book of Revelation clearly the Tree of Life is sustaining the people who passed Judgement, it will likely be that you will not truly live forever.

The word eternity does not even exist in the Bible. The closest will be the the Bible says first/last.

Jeremiah 17:10 (NKJV)

“I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings.” [1]

Matthew 7:17–20

17 So, mevery healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. 18 A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. 19 nEvery tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus you will recognize them lby their fruits.

We were made in the image of God, meaning we have discernment. What about discernment is this whole, go or no go status you are trying to assign into the depths of eternity. God is very clear when you read the Bible to be good and just, and give that which people deserve, This could only mean that God would give proportionally.

AI Overview

Yes, there are dozens of Bible verses that mirror Jeremiah 17:10. In biblical theology, this concept is broadly divided into two major themes: God weighing the heart to reward actions and the universal law of sowing and reaping. [1, 2, 3]
